Ricoh’s CEC to stage first Interact event in Europe

Ricoh Europe, London, 25 July 2017 – Ricoh is to immerse European Ricoh ProcessDirector users in discussions on technology breakthroughs, best practices and trends at its first ever Interact Europe. The three day event at Ricoh’s European Customer Experience Centre in Telford, England runs from 19-21 September.

Ricoh will host the forum for the first time in Europe following the success of four annual global Interact user community events held in Boulder, USA. The aim is to provide practical guidance and encourage valuable userfeedback.

Their feedback will also help shape Ricoh’s future product directions.”

Topics covered will include upcoming ProcessDirector enhancements and features, an introduction to the new web services functionality and MarcomCentral, plus Ricoh’s plans for a new dashboard and reporting. There are also sessions on white paper manufacturing of PDF and AFP jobs, PDF processing and enhanced archival functionality.

Another highlight will be the workflow challenge. During the event attendees will be encouraged to suggest problems they would like ProcessDirector to solve.  At the end of the event one of these solutions will be presented.

An ‘Ask The Expert’ panel, a solution tips and tricks session, technical breakout discussions and a tour of the CEC complete the packed agenda.
